How we write our guides
We write guides that answer the questions people ask before they hire someone to build a website, an app or software. This is how we write them, and how to tell us when something is wrong.
Where the figures come from
Every price and rule in a guide links to where it comes from. We prefer first-hand sources: the company’s own pricing or rules page, Apple, Google or a government site.
At the end of each guide, a Sources list names every source and the date we read it.
When we don’t know
When we can’t find a measured figure, we say so instead of guessing.
Keeping figures up to date
We recheck dated figures at least every three months.
The top of each guide shows the day it was published and the day of its last real update, when its words or figures changed.
The author
Each guide names its author: William Lopez, founder of Wico Business Solutions. There’s more about him on our About page.
Corrections
If you find a mistake in a guide, or a figure that has changed, write to info@wicobusinesssolutions.com. Tell us which guide it’s in, and where you saw the right figure if you have it.
Your fitting, by phone
Tell us what you want made, and you’ll get a straight answer, even if that answer is “not from us”.
A fitting is a first call.
