SEO services for small businesses

SEO, every i dotted

Being found is part of the finish. We go through what search engines read, page by page, down to the line under your link.

Book a fitting

A fitting is a first call.

Wico Business Solutions is an SEO company in North Miami Beach, in the Miami area. We check what Google reads on your site, fix what stops it understanding your pages, rewrite titles and descriptions so each result says what you sell, and plan the pages your customers search for. Nobody can promise you first place, and we don’t.

Demonstration A search result should say what you actually sell.

  • Says what you sell
  • Answers the search
  • An address you can read

A made-up search, to show the idea. It isn’t a ranking, and nobody can promise one.

What you get

  • A written check of your site, worst problems first
  • Titles, descriptions and page words that say what you sell
  • A plan of the pages worth writing next, with real search figures
  • Every change listed in writing, and every account in your name

What the work includes

  • A full check of the site. We go through every page the way Google does: what it can reach, what it’s told to skip, broken links, slow pages, pages that repeat each other and pages missing from the sitemap. You get the list in writing, worst first.
  • Technical fixes. Redirects, which version of a page counts, the sitemap, robots.txt, speed and structured data. If we built the site, we fix all of it. If someone else did, we fix what your platform allows and write up the rest for whoever manages it.
  • Titles and descriptions. The blue line in a search result and the grey lines under it are often the first thing a customer reads. We rewrite them page by page, so each one says what that page sells, in the words people search with.
  • Page words. Headings, opening answers and service descriptions, written so a person and a search engine both understand what you do and where.
  • Structure and links. One page for each thing you sell, addresses you can read, and links between related pages, so nothing important is buried far from the home page.
  • Keyword research. Google’s own estimates of monthly searches, from its Keyword Planner, sorted by whether the person searching is ready to hire. Each search gets one page that answers it.
  • Local listings, guided. Your Google Business Profile and directory listings must be in your name and verified by you. We tell you what to fill in, check that your name, address and contact details match everywhere, and make the site say the same.
  • A content plan. The pages and guides worth writing next, in order, with the search each one answers and why. We can write them too.
  • Spanish pages, if you need them. The same work in Spanish, with Spanish pages at Spanish addresses, the way this site is built.

Tried before it’s finished

A demonstration of the process, not a client’s project.
  1. Fitting.

A first call. You tell us what you sell, who buys it and where. We look at your site and your Search Console with you and say what it takes, even when the answer is that your site is fine.

  2. Toile.

Before the expensive part, we check the whole site and rewrite the titles and descriptions of a few key pages, so you see the work and the reasons before you commit to the rest.

  3. Changes.

You read the new words and mark what’s wrong. Nobody knows your trade better than you. We change them.

  4. The dot.

The last pass: every change made and checked on the live site, the sitemap sent to Google, and the list of changes in your hands. Then we measure.

What we never do

  • Promise a position. Google’s own guide to hiring an SEO says no one can guarantee a #1 ranking on Google.
  • Buy links, swap links or use link networks. Google’s spam policies name buying links for ranking purposes as link spam.
  • Ask you to link to us from your site. Google’s guide says you should never have to link to an SEO.
  • Fill your site with thin pages made only to catch searches, such as one page per nearby town with the same words.
  • Put our name on your accounts, or hide what we changed.

What you own

  • Your website, its code and every page we write for it
  • Your domain login and hosting account
  • Your Google Search Console and Google Analytics, in your name. You add us as a user and can remove us at any time
  • Your Google Business Profile, verified by you
  • The written check, the keyword list and the plan, as files you keep

How you’ll know it’s working

SEO takes months, so the report says what changed and what the numbers really show, including when nothing has moved yet. You get it as often as we agree at the fitting.

  • What we changed, page by page, and when.
  • Your Google Search Console figures: how often your pages appeared in Google, how often people clicked, and for which searches. Google’s numbers, from your own account.
  • Enquiries from the site, if your contact form is measured. If it isn’t, measuring it is one of the first fixes.
  • What we’ll try next, and what we’ll leave alone while Google catches up.
  • One change to a page, then we wait and measure, so we know what worked.

Who it’s for

  • Small and mid-size businesses whose customers search on Google, especially in the Miami area and the rest of South Florida.
  • A business whose site looks fine but doesn’t show up when customers search for what it sells.
  • A business that needs pages in English and Spanish.
  • Owners who want to know what was done and why.

Who it’s not for:

  • Anyone who needs customers next month. SEO takes months to show; paid ads are the faster route.
  • Anyone who wants a guaranteed position or a set number of visitors.
  • Anyone who wants thousands of pages made quickly to catch every search.

What drives the cost

There’s no fixed package. You get a price after the fitting, before any work starts. These are what move it:

  • How many pages your site has, and how many need new words.
  • What the check finds. A site with broken redirects and slow pages needs that work first.
  • Who built the site. If we did, we can change anything. On a site builder or another developer’s code, some changes go through them.
  • Whether we write the new pages and guides, or you do.
  • How many languages.
  • A one-off check and fixes, or ongoing work month by month.
  • How crowded the searches are. A search for a whole city takes more work than one for a neighbourhood or a narrow service.

If the check shows the site itself needs rebuilding, that’s web development.

If customers find you and then leave, the page may need web design more than SEO.

Straight answers

How long does SEO take to work?

Usually months, not weeks. Google has to find each change and read the page again before anything can move. Fixing something truly broken, like a site that tells Google not to read it, can show sooner.

Can you guarantee first place on Google?

No, and nobody honestly can. Google’s own guide to hiring an SEO says no one can guarantee a #1 ranking on Google. What we promise is the work: what we’ll change, why, and an honest report on what happened.

What does an SEO company actually do?

It makes your site easy for search engines to read and understand, and makes each result say clearly what you sell. In practice: fixing technical problems, rewriting titles and page words, organising pages and links, researching what customers search for, and planning new pages.

How much does SEO cost?

It depends on the size and state of your site and how much writing it needs. You get a price after the fitting, before any work starts.

Can you work on a site you didn’t build?

Yes. We need access to the site and to your Search Console. Some site builders don’t let anyone change certain settings. If that matters for your site, we’ll say so before you pay for anything.

Do you do local SEO for Google Maps?

We guide it. Your Google Business Profile must be in your name and verified by you, so you hold the keys. We tell you what to fill in, check that your details match everywhere, and make your site back them up.

Do you do SEO in Spanish?

Yes. Spanish pages get their own Spanish addresses and the words people actually search in Spanish, not a word-for-word copy of the English.

Where are you based?

North Miami Beach, Florida.
